We hate spam and are deeply committed to protecting your privacy. We will never sell or share your information with any other party other than those who need it to process payments or shipments such as PayPal or UPS.

Payment Policy

House of Cards accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Business and personal checks are also accepted but must clear prior to shipping/delivering card orders. If we recieve your check back from the bank "NSF", a $25 fee will be added to your total and full payment including this fee must clear the bank prior to your cards being shipped/delivered. House of Cards also accepts payments via PayPal. The email address from wich funds should be requested must be detailed on the ORDER FORM in the PAYMENT DETAILS section. At this time, orders cannot be processed online.

Shipping Policy

Most of our products are shipped to you via UPS ground service. Once your item has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on which service you chose and where you are in the world. We ship directly from our manufacturing plant in Southern California. Please feel free to contact us at your convenience for additional shipping information. When your order has shipped (and we have an email address on file for you) an email will be generated directly to you by UPS with tracking and delivery information.

Our Products are manufactured to the highest standards. We print all of our cards right here in the U.S.A. using only quality materials and skilled labor. We stand behind our products. If you received product that is damaged or substandard due to our workmanship, we'll replace it free of charge!

Unfortunately we cannot replace product that is not useable due to customer error. Be sure to double check your spelling when submitting an order. If you are placing a custom imprint order, be sure to thoroughly inspect and proofread your proof.

Termination
This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from FundraiserGreetings.com if in FundraiserGreetings.com's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from FundraiserGreetings.com and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

Disputes and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to FundraiserGreetings.com or to products you purchase through FundraiserGreetings.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in San Bernardino county, CA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate FundraiserGreetings.com's intellectual property rights, FundraiserGreetings.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise, and you agree that you will not participate as a class member or class representative in any action against FundraiserGreetings.com.

Miscellaneous
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.

FundraiserGreetings.com makes no representation that materials in the site are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. Those who choose to access this site from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Individuals also agree to comply with all applicable United States export controls.
