How long is the fundraising program?
The FundraiserGreetings program is built to suit. We suggest a program of 2-4 weeks. However you decide what timeframe works for you and your school. You want enough time for everyone to participate but not so much time that it can be put off and forgotten about.
How long does it take to get cards back?
Once FundraiserGreetings has received all ORDER ENVELOPES there is a 2-3 week production schedule. This will vary depending on the level of participation and other factors.

What size are the cards?
When folded, cards measure 5”x7”.
Are the cards flimsy?
Our cards are high quality, bright white card stock (.10pt)
Can the cards be written on?
Our cards are coated (glossy) on the outside and uncoated (writable) on the inside.
I’ve done business with other card fundraisers, albeit smaller note cards, and they turned out crummy. How do I know they’d be any better doing them with you?
We are not just a fundraising company we are a commercial printer and greeting card publisher. Our staff is made up of trained professionals who know when they receive a file whether or not it will reproduce well. We request contact information for this very reason. If we are concerned you won’t be happy with the cards you receive, we will contact you before we move forward with production of your order. Our graphics specialists take time with the each piece of art we receive.
What’s inside the cards?
A standard card is produced blank inside. FundraiserGreetings provides various inside greeting options however for stock or custom greetings for a nominal fee.
How many cards are in a pack?
FundraiserGreetings offers 2 different quantity packs. Cards may be ordered in 15 or 25 card packs and come complete with a matching quantity of white envelopes.
Does my kid’s name go on the card somewhere?
Yes, the artist’s name and age are clearly printed on the IMAGE SHEET, supplied with each ORDER PACKET. We print this information on the back of each card. (image of back of the card with up close name area).
Do cards come with envelopes?
Yes. A matching quantity of premium white, pointed flap, envelopes come standard with every order. Peel and Seal (self sealing) envelopes are available for a nominal fee.
Are these note cards?
No. These are full size greeting cards and measure 5”x7” when folded.
Do they come in gift boxes?
Gift boxes are an upgraded option for a nominal fee. A standard order of cards arrive shrink wrapped in 15 or 25 card (and envelope) packs.
Do you supply the paper or card we have to use for the art?
No, we understand that it’s difficult to produce a masterpiece on demand. You may use any blank sheet of white paper, of any thickness, that measures no smaller than 5”x7” and no larger than 8.5”x11”. Do not fold or staple the paper before or after use.

What if I want to get cards and I’m not set up with a school fundraising program?
If you would like to submit art personally (from you or your child) we are happy to provide the same great quality product that we offer to school programs. Please call or email for more information or to receive an IMAGE SHEET and ORDER FORM. If you’d like us to share a portion of the proceeds with a school or other organization we’re happy to assist with that.
Can I get my original back?
Yes, originals may be returned. There is a check box on the ORDER FORM to indicate that request. If checked, the original art will be returned with the card order.
Can one of my other children submit art even though they aren’t in the program?
Yes, artists come in all ages and you or anyone in your family may submit art to the fundraiser program.
Does the artwork have to be ‘drawn’?
No. The art can be anything that can be reproduced well. If you or your child pastes a tissue collage you like, or you want to have your child’s hand or foot print on the card we can usually use these images without issue. Written words by young writers are also charming cards. If you are a photographer and would like to submit photos (originals or digital, not printed images) these are often great cards as well.(image of “thank you” card).
Does my school collect the money?
No. ORDER ENVELOPES are delivered by parents placing orders to the location you designate when you set up the program. However all money is handled by FundraiserGreetings. We offer various payment methods: personal or business check, PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Your fundraising dollars will be delivered, along with the card orders, back to the school in a single check.
Is there a minimum order required?
No. However if less than 1% of your participating students place an order (as determined at the start of your program) or less than $100 in order total is placed, whichever is lower, a $50 fee will be charged to your school for program management. A large amount of work and cost go into creating a program specifically for your school. This fee helps offset a small portion of these costs.
How much can my school make?
FundraiserGreetings provides 50% of every card pack charge back to the fundraising school. This means half of every 15-card and 25-card order comes directly back to your school in the form of a check. Order upgrades, shipping and any applicable sales tax charges are not included in this percentage.
How do I get my cards?
FundraiserGreetings ships with UPS. Depending on the custom program that is set up by your school all orders will be shipped directly to the school or orders may be available for shipping directly to the person ordering the cards. Shipping orders to the school is included in the program price. Shipping individual orders to individual locations results in a shipping charge for such orders which is charged with that card order on the ORDER FORM.
